1. Private Beta

The Services are currently under development and may be offered as a private, limited, or pre-release beta.

Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time. The Services may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete functionality and may not always be available.

Participation in the private beta does not guarantee continued or future access to the Services.

2. Accounts

Certain features may require you to create or verify an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to take reasonable steps to protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account except to the extent caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You must not attempt to access another person’s account or circumvent security or authentication measures.

3. Telephone Number Verification and SMS

We may offer telephone-number verification as an account authentication or security mechanism.

When you voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number and request a verification code, you authorize Uncharted Connection, Inc. to send you transactional SMS messages containing one-time passcodes, authentication information, or other account-security information.

These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your authentication activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to stop SMS messages where supported. Reply HELP for assistance where supported, or contact help@unchartedconnection.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile telephone number and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information about how we handle personal information.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user’s account;
• introduce malicious code or harmful material;
• abuse, probe, scrape, or circumvent technical restrictions or security measures; or
• use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, technology, designs, trademarks, content, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Uncharted Connection, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights in the Services or our intellectual property are transferred to you.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party infrastructure, communications, hosting, authentication, or other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users, address suspected misuse or security risks, comply with legal requirements, or discontinue the private beta or Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Because the Services are in private beta, they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uncharted Connection, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services develop. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
